Return Policy
We do not require customers to return damaged products. If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, We offers a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. You just need to provide a photo showing the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not supported by Printify. If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address, a refund of the product price only will be issued
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
